Optimal White Wine Temperature

White wine should normally be severed 48-58°F (9-14 °C). This means that you will need to chill a white wine before drinking it. Normal room temperature is 71°F (22°C), so chilling your wine for up to an hour before drinking it is recommended. More about wine temperatures can be read in our wine blog.
